DescriptionCapulas Technology Graduate Program is a one-year rotational program designed to provide broad exposure across our Technology Development teams.As a graduate analyst you will gain hands‐on experience supporting and developing the systems that underpin Capulas global trading risk management and operational infrastructure.

This program is suited to individuals with strong technical ability, an analytical mindset and a genuine interest in applying technology to complex business problems.You will work closely with experienced developers and technologists to design, build and improve the tools and applications that drive our business forward.

RequirementsEducation and Qualifications

Degree in a quantitative or technical discipline such as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or Computer Science (Bachelors, Masters or PhD)

Technical Skills

Strong programming skills ideally with experience in Python, C# and/or JavaScript

Solid understanding of software engineering principles and data analysis techniques

Professional Skills

Clear and effective communication within a collaborative fast‐paced environment

Strong problem‐solving ability and attention to detail

Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and approaches

Team‐oriented, proactive and reliable work ethic
