Job description

Responsibilities Routine and emergency appointments up to 16 patients per sessionHome visits to be shared equally after the first visit is allocated to on-call GPLab reports to be actioned daily and shared between all doctors in the surgery that dayMedicine management queries and medication reviews where possibleChecking and sending referrals; written referrals go back to secretariesQAIF input during consultations as neededSigning of a fair share of prescriptions (may involve additional prescriptions during busy times/annual leave/sickness within the practice)You will be required to supervise medical students as part of a shared rotaGP registrar hot reviews where needed (blocked time for this)You will be required to complete a small amount of practice medical reports, roughly 3 hours per monthNotes Jobs are provided by the Find a Job Service from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
