Autism Support Worker – NewburyASAP Start – Full-Time Position

Do you have a passion for supporting children with Autism and helping them reach their full potential?

A supportive and inclusive SEN school in Newbury is seeking an enthusiastic Autism Support Worker to work with children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and associated learning and communication needs.

As an Autism Support Worker, you'll provide tailored support within the classroom, help pupils with sensory regulation, communication, and social interaction, and contribute to a calm and structured learning environment. You'll work closely with teachers, therapists, and SEN professionals to ensure each child receives personalised support.

Role: Autism Support Worker

Location: Newbury

Salary: £89–£100 per day

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Start Date: ASAP

Ideal for: Psychology, Education, or Health & Social Care graduates, or individuals with an interest in Autism

Experience: Preferred but not required
