Role SummaryThe Priory Learning Trust is recruiting two Lunchtime Supervisors for our Speech & Language Base at Castle Batch Primary School Academy in Worle. The role runs Monday to Friday, 12:10–13:10, five days a week.
Responsibilities
Oversee children at lunchtime and lead play activities.
Listen to children and encourage their play while maintaining discipline in the playground.
Promote student well‐being by encouraging good relationships, self‐reliance and self‐esteem.
Help children practice good standards of personal health and hygiene.
Qualifications
Good interpersonal skills with both adults and children.
Understanding of the developmental needs of children.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
First Aid qualification desirable but not essential.
Experience of working with children desirable but not essential.
