Job Summary:

We are seeking an Assistant Front of House Manager to join our team in the Tidewater Marina. Fish & Slips is a local's favorite in Portsmouth. We aim to provide excellent service matched by the quality of our food .

The assistant manager must abide company policy and uphold the standard of service, while being a leader to the staff.

Responsibilities:

Assist in opening or closing of restaurant

Address customer and employee concerns

Uphold safety standards

Provide direction & motivation to staff

Assist the Front of House Manager with daily tasks

Ensure that all staff members are following company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
