About the roleThis is a Care Assistant role with Agincare UK, a family‐run business that has been supporting people since 1986. The role involves providing companionship, assisting with daily routines, and being a friendly face that brightens someone's day. Main responsibilities

Help with daily routines and personal care.

Offer companionship and support to residents.

Engage in friendly conversation, e.g., sharing a cup of tea.

Maintain a caring and compassionate environment.

Support residents with their individual care plans.

Kind, caring, and compassionate nature.
