We're currently recruiting Evening and Weekend Care Assistants to join our passionate, dedicated team supporting service users across Northwest and Central London.

Serving local communities across London, including:

Camden Town, Belsize Park, St Johns Wood, Marylebone, Mayfair, Hyde Park, Paddington, Westbourne Park, West Kilburn, Warrick Avenue,Lisson Grove.,

Weekdays (Mon–Fri): £14.07per hour

We offer flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle – our services run 7 days a week:Day Shifts: 8:00/9:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PMEvening Shifts: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Job DescriptionWhat You'll Be Doing

As a Care Professional, you'll provide essential care and support in the homes of our clients, following personalised care plans that put dignity and respect at the heart of everything you do.

Supporting with personal care – bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming

Assisting with medication – preparation and administration

Helping with mobility and using aids/equipment safely

Preparing meals/snacks and offering mealtime support

Carrying out light domestic duties – laundry, making beds, light cleaning

Offering companionship and building meaningful relationships

You'll also:

Encourage social engagement and family connections

Monitor health and report any changes

Maintain accurate documentation

Respond to emergencies safely and effectively

Work collaboratively with families and professionals

QualificationsWhat You'll Need (Besides a Cape!)

No experience? No problem!We provide full, paid training — all you need is compassion, reliability, and the drive to make a real difference.

Strong communication and listening skills
