A talented children's care assistant is required in Hounslow Borough to join our team.At Caremark Hounslow we support Children, Young People & Adults to live an independent lifestyle.You will be a professional who actively involves your client in their care and support needs. Your role focuses on creating meaningful interactions and professional relationships with your clients, families and other healthcare professionals involved within their care.You will be trained specifically in your clients' needs to ensure your competency and skills. You will be supported and guided throughout your role by our management team to help your progression in your role.The role involves supporting individuals with their daily living activities such as:Personal careToiletingNutrition & hydration requirements (specialised feeding techniques)Medication administrationCommunity access undertaking activities your client enjoys such as going to the park, bowling, swimming, arts/crafts, shopping, meals out.
