Job descriptionWe are expanding our casual event staff team at Aintree Racecourse and are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join us.

Upcoming Event - The Randox Grand National (April)April means Grand National month at Aintree Racecourse, and we're gearing up for one of the biggest and most exciting sporting events in the world.

The Randox Grand National attracts huge crowds, electric atmospheres, and international attention — making it an incredible opportunity to work at a high‐energy, fast‐paced event. You'll be part of a friendly, professional team helping deliver a safe, smooth, and memorable experience for every guest.

Successful applicants may also be offered ongoing work across future race days and major events at Aintree and other prestigious venues.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere

Assist with event setup and pack‐down, including seating and equipment arrangements

Respond to guest queries confidently and professionally

Support crowd management and follow all safety procedures

Help maintain a clean, organised, and safe environment throughout the event

Requirements

Right to work in the UK

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Confident communication and strong customer service skills

Reliable, punctual, and a great team player

Desirable

Full UK Driving Licence
