Due to increased client demand and rapid expansion, our Glasgow-based client is currently seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join their fast‐paced and dynamic sales team on a full‐time equivalent basis. This opportunity is ideal for those looking to start their career in sales or take the next step in a customer‐facing role, with full coaching, guidance, and ongoing support provided from day one.

Successful applicants will be engaging with customers face‐to‐face in field sales environments while representing a range of well‐known brands.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Representing clients and associated brands in a professional manner

Engaging with customers face‐to‐face during field sales campaigns

Maintaining a confident and positive brand image

Attending training and skill development sessions

Working closely with fellow sales representatives to share insights and improve performance

The Ideal Candidate Will:

As this is a customer‐facing position, strong English communication skills , a positive attitude, and a genuine enjoyment of working with people are essential.

Be ambitious and motivated by career progression

Bring a proactive and positive mindset

Be available on a full‐time equivalent basis (4–5 full working days per week, Monday to Saturday)

Be able to commute and work in and around Glasgow

No previous experience is required, as full sales training and product coaching are provided. However, applicants with backgrounds in retail, customer service, hospitality, bar work, call centres, marketing, creative roles, labouring, or other customer‐facing positions are encouraged to apply.

Our client is looking for individuals who want to build a long‐term career in sales. This is a self‐employed, subcontracted role, operating on a commission‐based earnings structure, offering uncapped earning potential for individuals who are driven, consistent, and motivated by performance.
