Our current projects span High Speed Rail, Bridges, Nuclear Power, Immersed Tube Tunnels, Ports, and more.Job Description You will be a key part of our delivery team, contributing to the design and analysis of complex structures on projects in the UK and overseas, while developing your technical and project management skills. Some of the day-to-day tasks will include:Structural design, assessments and finite element analysis using various softwareStructural inspection and onsite works supervision in the UK and overseasEmbrace and contribute to the Health and Safety culture of the CompanyBe aware of and engage with the Environmental objectives of the Group and consider sustainability in your project and company rolesQualifications Accredited First Class/2:1 Masters Degree in Civil EngineeringGraduate Member of appropriate professional body (ICE or IStructE) and ambitions to become a Chartered EngineerBasic knowledge of Eurocodes and other relevant national and international industry standardsBasic awareness of forms of contract, construction methodologies and civil engineering proceduresDesire to work in a consultancy environment on large-scale infrastructure projectsCompetent in the use of MS Office programmes and ability to develop competence in use of proprietary structural analysis programmes to suit specific role requirementsStrong problem-solving abilities, analytical and numeracy skills, as well as ability to communicate effectively to stakeholdersAdditional Information We employ a world-class team of highly qualified staff, ranging from seasoned professionals to the best graduates, undergraduates, and apprentices.
