Overview PRADA Stock Controller, Harrods — BoF CareersFounded in 1913 in Italy, the Prada Group operates in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Church's and Car Shoe brands, and employs people of over 100 nationalities. This role supports the Stock Manager in warehouse management and in providing services to the Store.Key Responsibilities Ensure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelinesDay-to-day management of goods receipt and storage in line with procedures, preparing products for the sales floor and special areas while optimizing timing and efficiencyPrepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with guidelines and timelinesPrepare the flow of e-commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers) ensuring the required service levelsHandle the flow of damaged/not-sellable products (On Hold, Consignment, etc.), and products under repairOrganize packaging and stationery physically and in IT systemsOrganize display objects systemParticipate in the correct management of uniforms and gifts flowsEnsure correct protection and packaging of products for in-store and transfer shipments, including e-commerce shipmentsEnsure adherence to guidelines in the event of theft, including documentationSupport prompt investigation in the event of system issuesManage product flow and related documentation, recording movements in the IT systemParticipate in organizing and executing physical and cycle inventories of finished products and accessories, respecting timingSupport warehouse activities related to salesEnsure security and cleanliness of the warehouseAssist the Stock Manager in optimizing and rationalizing all available spaces in collaboration with the Store Manager and Store Operations ManagerSupport Sales Associates in the sales process and collaborate with Visual Merchandising as neededMaintain contacts with providers and keep archives updated monthlyComply with KPI updates, guidelines and company procedures from the Store Operations Manager, Store Manager or HeadquartersKnowledge and Skills Similar experience within a luxury or premium brandUnderstanding of luxury customer serviceExperience in building long-lasting relationships with clientsAbility to work in a team and independentlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in EnglishJoining Prada means working in a creative and international environment, with teams motivated by curiosity and excellence.
