Are you a creative, hands‐on social media specialist who loves content creation, visual storytelling, and bringing brands to life?

Ardeta Search are supporting a well-established Sheffield property business in hiring a Social Media Executive to help shape and grow their online presence.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, working closely with operational teams, and having the freedom to bring fresh ideas to a fast‐moving environment.

About the RoleYou'll play a key part in promoting the company's residential and student accommodation portfolio, working closely with the lettings team to drive visibility, enquiries and occupancy.

This is a varied, creative and hands‐on role—perfect for someone who enjoys getting out from behind the desk, staging rooms, capturing content, and turning properties into compelling social stories.

As the social media function develops, there will also be wider opportunities to support additional property and commercial activities across the group.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating and scheduling engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms

Producing photos, videos, reels and walkthroughs to showcase available rooms and properties

Staging spaces for content shoots and capturing high‐quality visuals

Working closely with the lettings team to understand priorities and promote key units

Managing social enquiries, supporting lead generation and driving audience engagement

Monitoring performance, analysing what works and adapting content accordingly

Bringing new ideas, trends and creativity to help elevate the brand

Supporting wider group marketing projects once established

Who We're Looking For

Someone with experience creating content or managing social media channels

Confident in producing video and photography content (smartphone content is fine!)

Creative, proactive and full of fresh ideas

Enjoys hands‐on work such as staging rooms and visiting properties

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently

Good communicator who enjoys collaborating with different teams

Interest in property, lifestyle content or marketing would be an advantage

Part‐time: 3 days per week (office‐based in Sheffield)
