A fast-growing care group based in the UK seeks a full-time Legal Counsel to support corporate, M&A and investment activities. This remote-first role requires attendance at the head office once a month. Candidates should be UK-qualified solicitors with 4–6+ years of PQE and strong experience in private M&A transactions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in strategic decision-making and managing complex transactions within a dynamic environment.
