Job Title: Physician Consultant – Clinical Documentation Review (Ambient AI Project)

Location: Remote – United States / UK / Netherlands

Type: Part-Time Contract

Duration: Short-Term

Commitment: ~20 Hours per Month

Role Overview

We are seeking actively practicing physicians to participate in a clinical documentation research initiative focused on improving AI-driven ambient documentation solutions.

In this role, physicians will listen to recorded doctor-patient interactions and create structured clinical notes, helping evaluate documentation style differences across specialties and care settings.

Target Specialties

• Oncology
• Hospital Medicine / Inpatient Medicine
• ICU / Critical Care

Responsibilities

• Review recorded clinical encounters and generate physician-authored notes
• Ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and clinical reasoning clarity
• Provide insights on documentation language, workflow, and note structure
• Support evaluation of ambient AI documentation performance

✅ Required Qualifications

• MD / DO actively practicing physician
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience post-residency
• At least 50% patient-facing clinical workload
• Experience using ambient documentation tools such as DAX Copilot or Dragon Copilot
• Strong familiarity with Epic EHR (other EHR exposure preferred)
• Affiliation with large multi-specialty healthcare organization
