We’re Hiring: Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT Therapist) — Remote (UK)

We’re expanding our clinical team and looking for an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT Therapist) who is committed, compassionate, and ready to make a meaningful difference.
About the Role
In this fully remote position, you’ll deliver structured, time‑limited CBT interventions to clients with a wide range of mental health needs. You’ll work autonomously while being supported by a collaborative, ethically driven clinical team.
Your clinical expertise, reflective practice, and dedication to high‑quality care will be at the heart of everything you do.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
- Deliver individualised, evidence‑based CBT treatment plans
- Provide remote, time‑limited therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and follow best‑practice data protocols
- Participate in clinical supervision and CPD
- Contribute to wider clinical communications and quality assurance
What We’re Looking For
- Postgraduate qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
- BABCP accreditation (or working towards it)
- Minimum of five years’ post‑qualification experience
- Background in mental health nursing — highly preferred
- EMDR experience — highly desirable
- Strong understanding of UK ethical and legal frameworks
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- Compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to ongoing development
