Salary: Up to £65,000 DOE per annum + bonus & benefits

About the Role

As Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and team leadership. You will create a positive environment for residents, families, and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the home
• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and standards
• Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team
• Manage budgets and drive occupancy levels
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality care

About You

• Previous experience as a Home Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up)
• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
• Proven track record with CQC inspections
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Passionate about delivering outstanding elderly and nursing care
