Outbound Sales Consultant (Entry Level)

Looking to kick-start your sales career or take the next step? We’re working on an exciting opportunity for an Outbound Sales Consultant with huge growth potential.

Locations: Birmingham or Falkirk (Scotland)

Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office

Salary: £28,000 + commission

The business is seeking an individual with around 6–12 months of sales experience who is confident, resilient, and highly target-driven. The role will involve a high volume of outbound activity, including cold calling, so they are looking for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, building rapport quickly, and handling objections with confidence.
