We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Sales Advisor to join a prestigious luxury watch brand within a globally recognised department store in the heart of London’s West End.


This is an exciting opportunity for a confident luxury sales professional to represent a heritage-led brand known for craftsmanship, precision, and timeless design.


The role

As Senior Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in driving sales performance while delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience. You will act as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships with clients and maintaining the highest standards on the shop floor.


Key responsibilities

  • Deliver a premium, tailored customer experience
  • Drive sales and consistently achieve individual targets
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge, storytelling and brand heritage
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base
  • Support the day-to-day running of the boutique/counter
  • Maintain impeccable presentation and visual standards
  • Assist in mentoring junior team members where required
