Sales Development Representative


Location: Hybrid – Remote with occasional travel to Ashford, Kent

Salary: £28.000 per annum

Every role here is made to be brave — and we’re looking for someone just as bold to help build our Sales Development function in a growing healthcare technology business.


About the role


As our Sales Development Representative, you’ll help drive growth by managing our CRM system (ideally HubSpot), generating B2B leads within the healthcare sector, and nurturing prospects into qualified opportunities for our sales team.


You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams, engaging potential clients through warm calls, tailored outreach, and follow-ups — ensuring a seamless handover of leads that turn into real opportunities.

  • Experienced with CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot)

  • Eager to learn about our software products and the healthcare sectors we serve


You may also support sales and marketing activities such as attending demos, conferences, or events.
