Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Strategy & Management
- Lead day-to-day operations and trading performance across Amazon UK and EU.
- Own marketplace strategy aligned to commercial and growth targets.
- Ensure accurate and consistent product data, pricing, SEO, and content across all territories.
- Oversee localization of listings, keyword optimization, compliance requirements, and customer experience for each regional marketplace.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, logistics, purchasing) to deliver operational excellence.
Advertising & Growth Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimise Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns for core product categories, person should have hands on experience of managing Amazon ads.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to hit ACOS/ROAS targets while supporting revenue growth.
- Develop seasonal, brand-building, and product-launch campaigns across multiple regions.
Catalogue, Content & Brand Presentation
- Maintain a high-quality, region-optimised product catalogue.
- Enhance product detail pages through improved imagery, A+ content, and brand storefronts.
- Ensure listings meet marketplace policies and maintain brand consistency across all channels.
Account Health, Compliance & Risk Management
- Monitor critical performance metrics, policy adherence, customer satisfaction, and marketplace compliance.
- Resolve performance notifications, appeals, and compliance issues proactively.
- Stay on top of Amazon policy changes, regional regulations, and fulfilment requirements across UK & EU markets.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- 2+ years hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, algorithms, conversion drivers, and category optimisation.
- Proven experience managing advertising campaigns with measurable results.
- Commercial mindset with experience owning/working closely with P&L, margin, and profitability KPIs.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and strong analytical ability.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple international channels simultaneously.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with tools such as Linnworks, ChannelAdvisor, Helium10, Jungle Scout, etc.
- Working knowledge of FBA, FBM, cross-border fulfilment, and international logistics.
