Senior National Account Manager

£60k - £65k + Bonus and benefits


We are partnering with a premium, purpose-led beauty and wellness brand to appoint a Senior National Account Manager with a proven track record in growing key UK Accounts and new business development.


This is a high-impact commercial role for someone who thrives in making strategic decisions and relationship management.


Role

  • Manage JBPs, forecasting and promotional strategies to drive sustainable, profitable growth
  • Develop tailored commercial plans aligned to brand positioning and consumer insight
  • Play a key role in opening new premium retail partnerships
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations and finance to deliver against KPIs
  • Maintain strong awareness of market trends, bringing insight-led opportunities to the business


Requirements

  • Proven experience managing UK national accounts within beauty or wellness
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of winning new business and scaling existing accounts
  • Confident communicator with the ability to operate at senior buyer level
  • Strategic yet comfortable balancing with day-to-day delivery
  • Analytical, organised and confident working with forecasting, reporting and ERP systems
  • Passionate about natural, ethical or wellness-led brands
