National Account Manager – Household

Grocery

London – 1-2 days per week in the office

up to £65k + 15% bonus

What You’ll Do

✨ Support the delivery of sales strategies to drive distribution and rate of sale

Build and nurture strong relationships with key grocery retailers

Contribute to joint business plans and identify growth opportunities

Work closely with Operations to support forecasting and stock management

Monitor sales performance and ensure excellent customer service

Spot opportunities to reduce plastic waste and improve sustainability

Support team initiatives and share insights to drive performance


What We’re Looking For

4+ years FMCG experience within account support or account management

Strong understanding of the UK grocery retail landscape

Commercial awareness with exposure to P & L

Growth mindset, ideally within a challenger or high-growth brand

Confident communicator with strong relationship building skills

Hands-on and proactive, happy to roll up your sleeves

Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Passion for sustainability and purpose-led brands
