The Role

The Guest Experience Executive will play a vital role in our Veeve Team, supporting our mission to deliver seamless guest experiences and high-quality property management. You will be responsible for guest check-ins and check-outs, property inspections, inventory assessments, scheduling, supplier coordination, supporting maintenance diagnostics, and occasionally deputising for the Property Manager.

This role would suit someone with at least a year’s experience in hospitality, property management, or operations. Working hours are 9 am to 6 pm, 5 days a week (including some weekends and bank holidays on a rotation).


We have a hybrid working policy where you need to be in the office 60% of the time.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct guest check-in and check-out inspections, ensuring properties meet Veeve’s standards.
  • Greet guests on arrival, providing a warm welcome and answering initial questions.
  • Assess and review inventory reports, ensuring all items are accounted for and in good condition.
  • Schedule and coordinate property visits, inspections, and maintenance appointments.
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors to arrange services and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support maintenance diagnostics, helping to identify and report property issues.
  • Deputise for the Property Manager as required, taking responsibility for operational decisions in their absence.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and property owners.


About You

  • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Strong communicator with excellent people skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in hospitality, property management, or operations preferred.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel across London for property visits and inspections.
