Senior Sponsorship Sales Executive

Job description

If you’re a couple of years in to your event sales career and want a platform where earnings build properly over time, this is a strong one.

You’ll be selling sponsorship into a portfolio with high rebook rates. Once you land a client, you own it and continue earning from it.

Earnings ramp quickly:

• Up to £55k base
• £90–100k in year one
• £150–200k once established

Tiered commission per event, uncapped, with rebooks helping you stay in higher earning bands.

The CX division has grown close to 20%, with clear progression for people who deliver.

• Consultative sales approach
• Strong training from day one
• Less churn, more account ownership
• Hybrid, 2 days in Pimlico

You’ll likely have:

• 2+ years B2B sales experience
• Drive to win new business and build accounts
• Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
