Class 1 Night Driver

Location: Melton Mowbray

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Nights)

Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm

365 People are recruiting for experienced and reliable Class 1 (C+E) Night Drivers to join our clients expanding operation in Melton Mowbray. This is a full time, temp to perm opportunity offering stability, excellent earning potential, and a consistent shift pattern.

Pay & Benefits

• £15.23 per hour
• Overtime paid at x1.33 (paid 1 period in arrears)
• Up to £45 per week performance bonus*
• Paid monthly on the 25th
• 12 hour shifts (30-minute unpaid break)
• Temp to perm after qualifying period

The Role

You will be working as part of the night transport team completing:

• APD trailer work to DHL London Gateway & EMG
• Securing loads safely and correctly
• Yard shunting when required
• Collecting powder ingredients in stillages using standard trailers
• Following all site, safety and compliance procedures

This is clean, organised work with a professional and supportive transport operation.

What Were Looking For

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
• CPC & Digi Card
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
• Previous night driving experience preferred
• Ability to work a 4 on / 4 off pattern
