HGV 2 Driver

Job description

M4 Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced HGV 2 Drivers on behalf of our client, a national distributor of kitchen and bathroom products based in Corby (NN18). This role involves delivering goods to retail stores.

This opportunity is ideal for drivers seeking part-time work, as shifts are available to cover holiday periods and seasonal volume increases.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver kitchen and bathroom products to retail stores
• Ensure timely and professional service
• Complete all relevant delivery documentation accurately
• Work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance

Pay Rate

• £16.00 per hour

Requirements

• Valid HGV 2 (Category C) Licence
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Valid CPC Card
• Minimum of 2 years Class 2 driving experience
• Licence held for at least 2 years
• No more than 6 minor penalty points
• Good timekeeping and ability to work unsupervised
• Physically fit with manual handling experience

While this role is not physically demanding, candidates must be capable of carrying out manual handling duties where required.
