• Days:£15.60per hour
• Nights:£18.63 per hour

HG Recruitment are hiring aHGV Class 2 Driverfor a long-term, high-value client inIrlam (M44). The role involves transporting automotive parts and materials between plants, suppliers, andlogisticshubs to support smooth production and on-time deliveries.MondayFriday shifts, with bothday and night optionsavailable andsplit earningsfor each.

DUTIES:

• Adhering to safe working practices to always ensure the safety of yourself and others.
• Securing the load of the trailer to ensure products are safely secured to minimise chances of damage.
• Always provide excellent customer service and take ownership of customer issues on delivery.
• CLASS 2 HGVDRIVERmustcarry out multi-drop deliveries within the delivery window in a safe manner.
• Be aware of any vehicle defects and bring to the attention of Transport Office as necessary

Requirements:

• HGV C+E, HGVClass2licence minimum6months
• Digi Tacho & CPC cards
• Maximum 6 points for minor endorsements
• Knowledge of driver regulations (WTD & Drivers Hours)
• Good national geographical awareness
• Possess excellent customer facing awareness skills
• Good timekeeper and able to work unsupervised
• Enthusiastic and reliable with a commitment to delivering first class customer service
• Must havegood communicationskills and a flexible can-do attitude to work
