• Reaching out to tax and auditprofessionals across the UK
• Building strong talent pipelines to support client hiring needs
• Supporting senior recruiters and headhunters on active recruitment projects
• Learning how to source, screen and assess candidates for specialist roles
• Researching markets and roles to stay ahead of industry trends
