The Role

As a Principal Recruiter at Factor, you will lead efforts in one of our focus industries with an eye on building and managing high-performing teams, if and when the time is right.

You will contribute to Factor's mission of addressing global issues through strategic talent acquisition. The position is 360 and you'll be responsible for developing & winning business as well as delivering on the assignments.
