B2B Sales Executive – UK Manufacturing (Trade Focus)

Evesham / Hybrid / Field-based

£30,000 – £35,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £45,000–£60,000+)

Commission is paid on revenue growth, with strong earning potential for high performers.

About Us

British Made Shutters is a UK manufacturer of high-quality composite shutters, supplying trade customers nationwide. We’re at an exciting stage of growth and this role offers the opportunity to build and shape a key part of the sales function. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven B2B Sales Executive to help expand our customer base and increase revenue.

The Role

This is a growth-focused B2B sales role with a strong emphasis on winning new business.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Winning new trade accounts (installers, retailers, interior specialists)

• Developing existing customers and increasing order volume

• Managing your own pipeline from prospecting through to closing

• Following up inbound and marketing-generated leads

• Building long-term relationships with customers

What Success Looks Like

• Building a strong pipeline of new trade customers

• Consistently bringing on new accounts each month

• Growing revenue within existing customers

• Becoming a trusted partner to your accounts

A Typical Week Might Include

• Prospecting and contacting new trade customers

• Following up quotes and closing deals

• Speaking with and visiting customers

• Managing and growing your account base

• Working with marketing on new opportunities

What We are Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B sales

• Confident, proactive, and commercially driven

• Comfortable generating your own leads and building relationships

• Motivated by targets and earning commission

Experience in construction, interiors, shutters, or blinds is a bonus — but not essential.

We are particularly interested in someone who enjoys building new business, not just managing existing accounts.
