Senior Associate / Managing Associate – Employment

Tier 1 International Law Firm

Central London | Hybrid Working

£140,000 – £180,000 + Excellent Benefits

A leading Tier 1 international law firm, headquartered in Central London, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate / Managing Associate to join its highly regarded Employment team.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, award-winning team advising a prestigious portfolio of international and domestic clients across a broad range of employment matters.

The Role

You will play a key role in advising on a wide spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

  • Employment law support on corporate transactions
  • Unfair and wrongful dismissal claims
  • Redundancy programmes and organisational restructuring
  • Restrictive covenants and post-termination disputes
  • Senior executive exits and negotiations
  • Day-to-day advisory work on complex employment issues for corporate clients

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with partners on high-profile matters, contribute to business development initiatives, and mentor more junior members of the team.

Candidate Requirements

  • Significant post-qualification experience within employment law
  • A background gained at a reputable City or leading international law firm
  • Experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
  • Strong technical ability, commercial awareness, and excellent client relationship skills
  • The ambition to progress within a top-tier international firm
