Senior Associate / Managing Associate – Employment

Central London | Hybrid Working
£140,000 – £180,000 + Excellent Benefits
A leading Tier 1 international law firm, headquartered in Central London, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate / Managing Associate to join its highly regarded Employment team.
This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of one of the top-ranked employment practices in the UK, recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.The firm is currently experiencing significant growth and is looking to appoint an ambitious employment specialist to support its expanding client base and complex caseload.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative, award-winning team advising a prestigious portfolio of international and domestic clients across a broad range of employment matters.
The Role
You will play a key role in advising on a wide spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
- Employment law support on corporate transactions
- Unfair and wrongful dismissal claims
- Redundancy programmes and organisational restructuring
- Restrictive covenants and post-termination disputes
- Senior executive exits and negotiations
- Day-to-day advisory work on complex employment issues for corporate clients
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with partners on high-profile matters, contribute to business development initiatives, and mentor more junior members of the team.
Candidate Requirements

- Significant post-qualification experience within employment law
- A background gained at a reputable City or leading international law firm
- Experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Strong technical ability, commercial awareness, and excellent client relationship skills
- The ambition to progress within a top-tier international firm
