Shifts : 06.00-14.30, 13.30-22.00, 22.00-06.00- Rotational shift patterns

About the Role

Gr8 Connect are seeking an experienced FLT Driver to join a busy warehouse and logistics operation in Slough. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods, using Counterbalance and Reach forklifts, as well as supporting general warehouse duties as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts safely and in accordance with site regulations.
• Load and unload vehicles, ensuring goods are stored and stacked correctly.
• Move, locate, stack, and count stock efficiently within the warehouse.
• Carry out stock checks and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with Health & Safety policies.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and logistics teams to meet operational deadlines.
• Perform general warehouse duties when required, including picking and packing.

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance and Reach forklift licences (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited).
• Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety practices.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible approach with willingness to support general warehouse tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable Skills

• Experience within FMCG, logistics, or distribution sectors.
• Previous knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
