HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver (Temp to Perm)

Location:Barnsley
Hours:Full-time, Monday to Friday (4 nights away)
Salary:£17.37 per hour + (£25.00 per evening expense - increases when you move to perm)

About the Role

We are looking for an experiencedHGV Class 2 Tipper Driverto join our team on atemp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled driver who is confident operating tippers and is seeking long-term, stable employment with career progression opportunities.

The role involves transporting bulk materials, ensuring safe and timely deliveries, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Key responsibilities:

• Safely operating a Class 2 Tipper vehicle
• Transporting and tipping loads across sites and customer locations
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and paperwork

What we are looking for:

• Valid HGV Class 2 Licence
• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card (essential)
• Proven experience driving tippers
• Strong understanding of driver hours and regulations
