HGV Class 1 ADR Driver – Grangemouth

People Solutions are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 1 ADR Driver to join our well-established client based in Grangemouth. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine long-term progression, including temp-to-perm opportunities.

Rates of Pay

• Days – £16.77 per hour (basic)
• Nights – £17.75 per hour (basic)
• Saturday Days – £22.10 per hour
• Saturday Nights – £26.61 per hour
• Sunday Days – £25.04 per hour
• Sunday Nights – £28.51 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties

As an HGV Class 1 ADR Driver, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Driving tanker vehicles to site and working alongside operatives
• Carrying out pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Ensuring all loads and hoses are secured safely and correctly for transport
• Adhering to traffic laws, company procedures, and delivery schedules

Essential Skills

As an HGV Class 1 ADR Driver, you will need:

• Valid UK Category C+E (Class 1) driving licence
• Minimum of 2 years' Class 1 (C+E) driving experience
• No more than six penalty points for minor infringements
• Valid UK ADR (T&P), CPC Card, and Digital Tachograph Card
• Good spoken and written English

Desirable Experience

• Experience driving tanker vehicles and moving loads
• Minimum of 2 years' experience driving Class 1 (Category C+E) vehicles

Training Provided

• Driver assessment required prior to start
• Industry-related training and ongoing support
