Job description
OverviewEuropean Operations Manager (Customer Service focus) – Electronics Manufacturer. Full-time position for a large electronics company with global presence. Occasional travel across Europe and responsibility for an Internal Auditor.
Responsibilities
Produce customer services operation reports on a weekly basis for different business hubs.
Present training to subsidiary personnel at all levels in audit and process principles.
Manage internal and external auditing, performing operational audits of service centres investigating technical aspects and integrity processes.
Assume overall responsibility of planning audits and ensuring their successful completion, including presentation to senior management.
Qualifications
Understanding of process and quality management; ideally with a relevant BSI certification (e.g., ISO 9001).
Several years of audit experience within a major industrial company.
Experience presenting to senior management within the business.
English language proficiency is required; additional European languages are a bonus.
