About this jobA lovely family based in Alderley Edge, Cheshire, is seeking a Live-in Nanny to care for their baby on a permanent basis. This blended role includes overnight monitoring and daytime support, alongside all general nanny duties.

Responsibilities

Provide overnight monitoring and daytime support, including occasional weekend work (50–60 hours per week)

Prepare milk for the child, change nappies, and maintain hygiene

Clean and sterilise bottles, wash and dress the child, and keep the child's room tidy and well‐organised

Organise the child's daily schedule, establish and maintain a nap routine, and engage the child in play and interactive activities

Monitor the child's development and update the parents regularly

Ensure the child's safety, well‐being and happiness at all times

Escort the child to doctor's appointments and support bedtime routine

Manage the child's clothes, carry out laundry and ironing, and do occasional grocery shopping for the child's supplies

Accompany the family on their annual Europe trips (3–4 weeks each year) as required

Qualifications

Fluency in Spanish

Valid first aid qualification

Experience as a live‐in nanny or similar childcare role preferred

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights and occasional weekends

Accommodation: Large ensuite room provided.
