The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well-known and industry-leading client based in the Norwich area. We are looking for multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers to join the team.
Shifts:Run across Monday to Sunday (Ad-hoc, part-time, full-time)Hours:

• Trunk - between 9am - 17:00pm start

Pay Rate:£17.75 per hour PAYELocation: Norwich, NR6Job Type: Temporary/Ad-hoc/ Ongoing

The role:

• The driver will be trunking to a set hub but will also be required to make collections along the way
• Freight is palletised, so the driver may be required to use a pallet truck at times

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C&E).
• Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• 12 months minimum experience required
• No more than 6 points on a licence (minor offences only).
• Full understanding of WTD legislation.
• Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A safety-first mindset.
