Position: Russian Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Working hours: Monday Friday 08:00am 4:30pm

Location: Fountainbridge, Edinburgh.

Salary: £26,800

What Youll Be Doing

• Providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for travel-related queries

• Assisting customers via phone, live chat, and email

• Resolving queries with empathy, patience, and professionalism

• Participating in regular team huddles

• Keeping up to date with promotions, initiatives, and company policies

• Supporting ad hoc projects as required

What Youll Need

• Previous customer service experience

• Fluency in Russian and English

• Strong communication skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong typing skills

• Ability to remain calm and logical under pressure

• Excellent problem-solving ability

• A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a desire to achieve targets and continuously develop
