Manchester (potential WFH initially)

Contract

£12.00 per hour

Monday to Friday – 37. 5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity for a Quality Administrator has arisen working on an exciting contract based within Manchester.

Duties

Answering and actioning calls from companies, clients and customers

Encouraging for reviews regarding their experience

Maintaining the database

Complying with the sales and process procedure

General administration duties
