ECRM Executive | Manchester – Hybrid | £35,000 per annum


Leadly is a fast-growing performance marketing business operating in regulated consumer sectors. We create high-converting campaigns, websites and customer journeys that combine strong commercial someone who can craft data-driven, high-performing ECRM strategies that deliver real results.


The Role: ECRM Executive

Due to continued growth, we are looking to build out our ECRM team further! Are you ready to take email and CRM marketing to the next level? As an ECRM Executive at Leadly, you’ll play a crucial role in redefining customer journeys, crafting impactful campaigns and optimising engagement through data-driven insights.


What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate across teams to create high-converting campaigns
  • Rework and optimise the customer lifecycle
  • Build, implement, and manage email and SMS campaigns
  • Design, execute, and analyse customer journeys
  • Manage and segment data lists to deliver personalised experiences
  • Run A/B tests to continuously refine strategies
  • Drive test-and-learn initiatives to uncover the most effective solutions
  • Provide strategic input on customer engagement strategies
  • Roll out multiple high-volume SMS campaigns simultaneously


Who We’re Looking For

  • 3-4 years of experience in eCRM/Email Marketing
  • A passion for growth and development—we’re expanding our eCRM team and want enthusiastic, data-driven marketers
  • Strong data analytics skills—you can run and interpret reports with ease
  • Understanding of GDPR regulations and best practices for managing data
  • A balance of analytical, technical, and creative skills
  • Confidence in copywriting and collaborating with the design team
  • Ability to lead client calls and present strategies/performance deep dives
