Are you an ambitious Mechanical Project Manager, ready for the opportunity to join a Tier One M&E Building Services Engineering contractor delivering high-profile projects?

Due to continued growth, a well established M&E Building Services Contractor with a turnover exceeding £100 million is hiring a Mechanical Project Manager. With a secured pipeline of work through to 2030, you will be joining a business at the forefront of the MEP building services engineering industry. This role is ideal for a confident and commercially aware Mechanical Project Manager, keen to take ownership of projects from preconstruction through to completion.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within M&E building services.
• Track record delivering fast paced mechanical building services projects.
• A strong understanding of programme management, procurement, and delivery.
• The ability to manage MEP subcontractors and coordinate site activities effectively.
• Commercial awareness and experience working alongside commercial teams.

This positions offers clear progression into senior leadership, alongside the opportunity to play a key role within a growing MEP building services contractor.
