Refrigeration & HVAC Engineer

Bristol

£35,000 – £48,000 DOE + Overtime + Door-to-Door Pay

We are recruiting for an experienced Refrigeration & HVAC Engineer to join a well-established company covering a local patch around Bristol.

The Role

• Service, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration & HVAC systems
• Fault finding and diagnostics across a variety of equipment
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Working across sites including hospitality, retail, and food production

Salary & Benefits

• £35,000 – £48,000 (depending on experience)
• Overtime paid at 1.5x (including weekends)
• Door-to-door pay

✅ What We are Looking For

• Minimum 3 years experience in refrigeration / HVAC
• F-Gas Category 1 (essential)
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Able to pass an enhanced DBS check

Location

• Covering Bristol and surrounding areas
• Local work – no excessive travel
