Trainee Sales Executive – £26,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

Location: Bellshill, Glasgow

We’re hiring Trainee Sales Executives to join a fast-growing fuel and fleet solutions provider. You’ll receive full training and quickly build the skills needed to succeed in a commercial role where effort directly drives your earnings.

Your Day-to-Day

• Speak with new and existing customers via inbound and outbound calls
• Learn how to present fuel card and fleet solutions effectively
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Close deals and build long-term client relationships
• Keep systems and notes accurate and up to date
