Overview

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Dual Site Manager to oversee two luxury boutiques within a prestigious retail environment. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for client experience, team development, and driving commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop two retail teams, fostering a high-performance and client-focused culture
• Drive sales and exceed targets across both locations
• Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences and build long-term relationships
• Ensure the highest standards of presentation, service, and product knowledge
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company standards
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to optimise performance
• Manage stock, visual merchandising, and overall boutique standards
• Support recruitment and ongoing team development

• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering results
• Inspiring leader with excellent people management skills

• Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
