Salary: £40,000 - £80K OTE with company car

We’re looking for a driven, charismatic Sales Manager to lead the sales team, elevate performance, and create an unforgettable customer journey. You’ll be the engine behind the team - coaching, motivating, and supporting with closing deals while setting the tone for a high-energy, results-focused culture.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Advisors and the handover team to consistently exceed targets
• Drive sales performance across new and used vehicle stock
• Create a high-performance culture with strong accountability and team spirit
• Manage/oversee the full sales process - from enquiry to handover
• Oversee pricing strategy, stock turnover, and margin optimisation
• Value vehicles with profit always at the forefront of your mind
• Collaborate with marketing to maximise leads and showroom traffic

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive sales leadership
• Strong closing skills with a passion for vehicles and team leadership
• Natural leader with the ability to inspire and energise a team
• Commercially sharp with a data-driven mindset
• Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
• Hands-on approach - you lead from the front
