The Company

A well-established fashion supplier based in Manchester, working with a portfolio of leading retail partners across the UK and international markets. The business specialises in delivering commercially successful product ranges and is continuing to grow its sales function. The Sales Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives, managing customer relationships and driving the overall sales strategy to achieve and exceed the company’s sales, margin and operating profit targets.


The Role

The company are recruiting for a Sales Lead to join a growing commercial team. This role will focus on managing and developing key accounts, driving sales performance, and identifying new growth opportunities across existing partnerships. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure product success and strong account performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high performing sales team across multiple geographies (UK, LA, Bangladesh)
  • Work collaboratively with design to create new products and potential in-season rebuy opportunities
  • Work across the customer base to identify and land product volume sales opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with the merchandising, QA/tech and logistics team to ensure products are always delivered on time
  • Identify new business and strategic partnerships opportunities and pursue same
  • Continuously analyse sales data to maximise existing opportunities and to develop and drive new product and country opportunities
  • Keep informed of industry trends and opportunities and competitor activities
  • Represent the company and act as an ambassador for the business


About You

  • Experience working as a Senior Account Manager within a fashion supplier is essential
  • Strong background in wholesale, with experience managing and growing accounts
  • Commercially driven with a strong understanding of margins and sales performance
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Confident working cross-functionally with design, marketing, and production teams
