Location: Rochester, Kent (Onsite parking and close to the train station)

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 basic DOE + Uncapped Commission (OTE £39,000)

The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll:

• Work from a CRM with provided business data (no self-sourcing)
• Speak with decision-makers and build relationships
• Run discovery calls and qualify opportunities
• Support deals and pass leads to senior sales

You’ll be trained from day one and gain real hands-on experience quickly.
