Job Description

• Leading commercial management of a £75m refurbishment project in West London as a Commercial Manager
• Managing procurement of subcontract packages across multiple workstreams
• Overseeing commercial reporting, cost control and financial performance on a large-scale London-based scheme
• Negotiating with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful commercial outcomes on this West London project
• Managing and mentoring a team of Quantity Surveyors on-site

Skills / Qualifications

• Experience as a Managing Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager within London or surrounding areas
• Main Contractor background with at least 2–5 years’ experience in a similar role in West London or the wider London region
• Proven experience delivering refurbishment or retrofit projects in London
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams on-site within a London-based project environment
