I am seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead a boutique within a growing luxury retail brand in London. The premium luxury fragrance and wellness brand blends high-quality scent, design, and sensory experiences to create a refined and immersive retail environment, focused on enhancing everyday living through premium products and personalised service.

As a strong seller, you will lead from the front, driving performance through hands-on clienteling, networking, and building long-lasting relationships with a high-value clientele. You will be proactive in identifying new business opportunities while ensuring the highest standards of customer experience.

You will inspire, motivate, and develop your team to achieve and exceed targets, creating a positive and high-performing culture. In addition, you will support brand activations and in-store events, ensuring seamless execution and client engagement.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within luxury or premium retail
• Strong sales ability with a passion for clienteling and networking
• Proactive, hands-on, and commercially driven
• Experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance management
• Ability to support events, activations, and visual merchandising
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
